I think this nasheed is also good for those who want to reminisce about what it was like to fast and attend school. This is the perfect nasheed to get you into continuing the Ramadan spirit. This is more upbeat than some of the others on this list. He reminds us to hold on to our faith and given the current times, it’s a timely reminder for all of us. If you need a nasheed that serves as a reminder to be grateful for the blessings in your life, then this is for you! Zain Bhikha’s “Give Thanks to Allah” reminds us to be thankful for the simple things in life, such as the moon and the stars. He’s got a wide range of songs, but this is the one I enjoy listening to near Ramadan before the moon sighting nights begin. “And we’ve scanned the sky and we’ve sighted the moon… “ is a childhood favorite! Honestly, Dawud Wharnsby Ali is one of my favorite Islamic childhood singers. We’ve Scanned the Sky – Dawud Wharnsby Ali This is one of those powerful hadiths turned into a nasheed that everyone should listen to until the very end of the clip. This is the one about an elderly woman who had heard horrible things about the Prophet (S.A.W.) which she tells him as he’s quietly carrying her things. Don’t Talk to Me About Muhammad – Dawud Wharnsby Aliĭawud Wharnsby Ali puts a beautiful hadith about not being too judgemental into a nasheed. Imam Al-Busiri narrated it as a tribute to the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) via LearnAboutIslam.in. This nasheed is upbeat and is one of my ultimate favorite versions of the Burdah.
